Some of the highlights of the menu are: mushroom aromatic borsch in a "grandmother" recipe, mushrooms in sour cream sauce, sour milk (a kind of yogurt), eggplant and mushroom paste(zakusca "? al Lucreţia"), dill and cottage cheese stuffed pies, polenta with cottage cheese or fresh goat cheese, cauliflower soufflé, pork stew served with mashed cheese ("tokitura"), trout in sour cream sauce or on a golden egg layer, black or white cherry, wild berry, rose petal or green nut jams. You can also find special "surprise" deserts like cottage cheese pancakes or fresh wild berries.
